If you are not completely satisfied with HostGator services within the first 45 days of your purchase, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount. The refund does not include administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases.
Cancellations and Refunds
There is no contract with HostGator shared and reseller web hosting plans. You may cancel your account at any time via a cancellation form. Refund requests for shared and reseller accounts after the initial 45 days will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.
Note:
- Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with HostGator before, then canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account, you will not be eligible for a refund.
