HostGator, one of the largest web hosting company, has reached 200,000 active customers in Sept. 2009. They will break 300,000 within a year according to the trend of customer’s increase.
The HostGator.com domain was registered on October 10, 2002. Since then, HostGator has grown from a small hosting company with just three servers into a world leading and industry recognized hosting provider with more than 7,000 servers under management. The over two million domains hosted by HostGator make up approximately 1% of the world’s Internet traffic.
