Is it worth to buy HostGator Business hosting plan?

HostGator started to offer web hosting services since 2002. They are one of the best web hosting providers that offer shared web hosting, reseller hosting, and dedicated servers.
The Business hosting plan is the more powerful version of HostGator Baby plan. The Baby plan offers unlimited disk space and bandwidth, and you can host unlimited websites in one account. The Business plan comes with a free dedicated ip address, a free SSL certificate, and a free toll-free number.
Is it good enough for your business websites? Yes, you have everything to run an online business with HostGator Business plan. Comparing with many other business web hosting packages offered by other web hosting companies, HostGator Business plan is absolutely one of the best choices. Many business hosting plans do not include private SSL certificate and dedicated IP, and the prices are much higher that HostGator’s Business plan.
The business plan ($12.95/mo) is $60 more than baby plan ($7.95/mo). If you want to buy your own SSL certificate, like GoDaddy SSL Certificate is just $12.99 per year, you may like to choose HostGator Baby plan. In this case, you need to pay $2/mo for a dedicated IP address and $12.99/year for a SSL certificate (buy from GoDaddy). If you buy a SSL from other providers, HostGator will charge $10 to install it for you. The total monthly price will come to $11.03/mo, plus $10 SSL installation fee. It’s a little cheaper than $12.95/mo. But a free toll-free number is not included in baby plan.
Having a toll-free number is good for a business. But HostGator’s toll-free number is a forwarding-only service, and the service does not include voicemail or any other features normally offered with residential service. To use the toll-free number, you provide an existing number (US or Canada) where VOIPo can forward the calls. There is no charge for the number. The first 100 minutes you use each month are free. After 100, you will be billed 4.9 cents per minute directly by VOIPo. VOIPo bills HostGator a flat rate for all accounts on this plan to cover the first 100 minutes.
If you really need a toll-free number for your business, you may find a good deal from other toll-free number providers.
Overall, in my opinion, HostGator Business hosting plan is worth your money!
