When you sign up justhost web hosting plan, your Just Host account will be set as autorenewal, which means that when your account renewal date arrives, your just host web hosting plan and domain registration will be renewed automatically. When it is time for renewal, the credit card you have on file with justhost will also be charged for renewal.

Why just host renews your account automatically?
Because many justhost clients who want to renew their contrats when the initial term finished don’t remember their account renewal date. In order to avoid account supension due to non-renewal, your justhost account was enabled with autorenewal when you sign up.

So what, if you don’t want to renew your account?
You must cancel your justhost hosting account 14 days prior to your renewal date. If you don’t know what your renewal date is, you can simply login to https://billing.justhost.com, your account renew date are always listed there, or call justhost to get it.

note: If you fail to cancel 14 days prior to renewal, your account will be renewed for a new term.
