As just host offers anytime money back guatantee, you can cancel justhost account at anytime. You will get a full refund of your hosting fee for the remainder of your term.
Please note: if you cancel your account before the end of the term, any justhost account upgrades to hosting services such as additional domain registration (include free domain registration), Priority Support, Just Host Directory, Daily Backup, Dedicated IP, Domain Privacy, Private SSL certificates and Shell Access are non-refundable.
The way to cancel your account is by emailing justhost billing team at billing@justhost.com or cancel@justhost.com.
Does your account expired if you don’t renew it?
No. your justhost account is not going to be expired if you don’t cancel it. You justhost account will be renewed automatically. This is default setting when you sign up.
If you don’t want to renew to a new term, you have to cancel your justhost account 14 days prior to your renewal date. You can login to https://billing.justhost.com to do it. Otherwise, your account will be renewed.

Just Host.com,- stay away from this company. Once you give them your credit card number you gonna have hard time to cancel your account. It took 45 minutes to get someone to answer my call to 24 h/7 support. The gentelman I spoke was very rude. The only option to cancel your account is sending e-mail request!!! You can’t do any changes online or by phone! If you don’t cancel it than they will keep charging you the rest of your life. The automatic renewal as defalt when you set up an account!!! Terrible money making practise!

Horrid experience with this company. I signed up and diddn’t like it…tried to cancel as their guarantee says. sure…if only the cancel web page actually works….they will do everything to bar you from trying to cancel. the webpage keeps refreshing like crazy making you click next step when that button doesn’t even work and brings you back to the first step to loggin. after doing this a few times…they lock your account from loggin in too much!!! WTF..then you think you can call them? i’ve been on hold for half an hour. WTF…don’t use justhost they are a scam…when i finally get them to cancel…they charge me a 20 fee? BS. SCAM.

Agree with above posters; horrible support, horrible company, and near impossible to cancel despite how easy they make it sound. They will always find some excuse to take your money and not give service.
