Same problem here, my account has also been suspended for an email that was not sent by me. I did call them and no help from them. They suggested me that the only option for me is keep on waiting for email response from there support department that did suspend the account.

I wonder why the support department that did suspend the account did provide me with the telephone number that said that at this point they cannot do any thing, I should contact by email to the suspending support department. Very confusing and sad

My account was suspended 3 days back for email spam. The funny thing is I never sent those emails yet somehow someone was able to send emails from my email address without my knowledge. I am the only one who has access to my laptop.

I wish Justhost could reply to me if they read these posts this thing is hurting me. I could lose Serps if this thing is not resolved immediately

My account has been suspended today, and the support don’t want answer to my mails, it’s a shame…

Sorry to hear that.
I try to load the site of fpsoverload.com and I was redirected to the suspended page. The message of “Please contact the billing department as soon as possible on billing[at]justhost.com” appeared. Is this the suspended site you mentioned?

It looks like that justhost customer support is not working properly. Do you get the answer of why your account suspended from justhost? If you get any further progress, please let us know. Hopefully, the problem will be solved soon.

Just got my JustHost suspended.

This is a word of warning for people who want to sign up with justhost. They start of great, boasting about their 2008 Best Web Host or whatever. Few months in, the support take hours to respond, the live chat don’t reply, your sites load slowly and stop. Then you ask why, they finally reply and tell you its your fault, and you should go restart your internet. AFTER you’ve just received 50 emails from users saying the site wont load.

Go JustHost! Maybe.. JustUnhost.
