If you cancel your account we will provide you with a full refund for the remainder of your term, excluding any setup fees that were charged when you signed up, and excluding domain registration fees. (Even if you received your domain for free through one of our promotional plans)…”
From above statement, super green should offer anytime money back guarantee. But, there is a little confusion, from the link of “why us” of super green hosting home page, you can find following statement:
“Super Green’s 30 day money back guarantee ensures you have the ability to cancel your account anytime within your first 30 days under our full 30 day money back guarantee…”
Which one should be the right one? I think they forgot to change their old “30 day money back guarantee” into current one of “anytime money back guarantee”. I am going to find out this with super green hosting company. If you are confusing about this, it’s better to make sure you have the answer before you sign up with them.
