As we know, super green offer Anytime Money-Back Guarantee on their shared hosting plans. But, you need to know that money back is only for web hosting fee. Some extra hosting services are not refundable. Please read the following non-refundable item list:
Free domain registration: if you received your domain for free when you sign up super green hosting account, super green paid the registratio fee for you.
Additional domain registration through super green hosting.
All refunds are subject to a $20.00 domain registration fee charge, even you paid $14.95/year for the registration.
NOTE: If you sign up in GBP pounds, the domain registration charge is £10.00
Any account upgrades to hosting services such as: Priority Support, Super Green Hosting Directory, Daily Backup, Dedicated IP, Domain Privacy, Private SSL certificates and Shell Access are non-refundable.
