Colocation Firm INX Names New CFO and SVP

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Data center solutions provider INX Inc. (www.inxi.com) announced Thursday that it has named Philip Rydzewski as its new chief financial officer and senior vice president.
Most recently, Rydzewski was chief financial officer for a variety of public and private companies on a consulting basis, after serving as chief accounting officer for HealthMarket Inc from 2007 to 2008.
“Phil brings a wealth of strategic and tactical expertise with fast growing midsized publicly held businesses that will be instrumental for us as we maintain our focus on being a best in class technology infrastructure solutions provider focused on delivering IP communications and data center solutions to enterprise organizations,” Mark Hilz, chief executive officer for INX said in a statement.
From 2001 to 2004 Rydzewski was chief financial officer for HMS Holdings Corp, then from 2004 to 2007 he was vice president of finance for Catalyst Health Solutions.
“We are pleased to announce that Phil has joined the organization. We undertook an extensive recruiting and interviewing process to find the right person to steer us through the conclusion of our current financial restatement efforts and provide strong technical accounting and financial leadership for the future,” said Jim Long, executive chairman of INX.
Rydzewski graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
