A domain transfer is basically changing the company who is responsible for the registration and renewals for your domain name. To transfer a domain here are the steps:

1. Make sure your domain name is unlocked with your current registrar and that your WHOIS contact information is your information, especially the email address. To view and verify the domain WHOIS information, go to http://www.whois.net/ and enter your domain name in the WHOIS LOOKUP section.
2. Obtain an auth code/EPP key from your current registrar.
3. Email dns@webhostingpad.com with your auth code and domain name.
4. Webhostingpad will start the transfer and you’ll get an approval email within 24 to 48 hrs to the email address associated with the domain on the WHOIS record.

Note: After you approve the transfer, it will take up to 7 days for everything to be transferred over to Webhostingpad.com.

  1. I signed up for 3 years unfortunately.
This provider has been a problem from the start, the main aim is to get your card details, after when you need service, to be contacted by different student types who have no knowledge or authority.
After 6 months could not get a connection, 12 months later I decided to cut my losses & run!
    I had tried 3 other ‘service providers’ & on a scale 1 to 10 they would get – 100.

    Be warned.
